Since disposable vapes and e-liquids are consumable personal products, we maintain strict safety policies regarding replacements and returns.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Warranty

If you unbox a disposable vape and find it is completely non-functional or leaking, we offer a direct 24-hour exchange replacement. Please record a short unboxing video showing the scratch seal check and testing the device, then WhatsApp it to our dispatch line within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exceptions

We do not support returns or refunds for:

• Flavors you do not personally prefer.
• Devices damaged by dropping, water submersion, or improper charging.
• Products that have already been fully consumed.
